Pricing is as follows: MEMBERS: $50/hr 8am-5pm $100/hr 5pm-10/11pm + $85 cleaning fee. NON-MEMBERS: $100/hr 8am-5pm $200/hr 5pm-10/11pm + $85 cleaning fee. HOA’s/Charities/School Affiliated Clubs/Community Associations please use form below to inquire about pricing.
The rental space offers 6-6 foot round tables, 3-4 foot rectangular tables, and 60 chairs for use. During the offseason, the patio and greenspace are also at your disposal. During swim season, the patio is available if there is not a club-run event happening.
***Please note***There are now permanent built-in features to enhance the clubhouse space and provide some fun picture spots for your parties. Nothing may be taped to, hung from or on or attached to these features. There are rails and hooks installed at key points for sign/balloon hanging and the like. Any damage to the permanent features during your rental will result in a charge for replacement supplies plus labor costs to fix.

You are responsible for light general clean up, trash removal, and putting all used items (tables, chairs, etc., back into storage.) The cleaning service now included provides a professional level clean and sanitation of the event space after each event.
When renting while the pool is open, an additional lifeguard for every 25 people (members and non-members must be included in the count) at your event will be required for proper safety coverage. This additional fee of $45 per lifeguard/hour will be billed separately once confirmed and will need to be paid before your event. As an example: 1-25 people needs one additional lifeguard. 26-50 people will require 2 additional lifeguards and so on. If the rental is less than 3 weeks out, we cannot guarantee that we can get lifeguards.
With the current lifeguard shortage, additional lifeguard coverage may not be available. Should HHSTC not be able to secure proper safety coverage, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your rental request.
