Thank you for your interest in joining Huntley Hills Swim & Tennis Club!

HHSTC currently has a cap on household memberships. New membership invitations are sent out annually in the March-April time frame based upon how many of our current household members renew.

Please be aware: 

• New Huntley Hills residents DO NOT automatically receive  membership to the Club. If you are a new Huntley Hills resident and wish to join the Club you must apply and get on the waitlist. However living in the Huntley Hills neighborhood does offer some priority on our waitlist.

• The waitlist currently has over 200 households.  At this point in time, it is likely that it will take several years to receive an invitation to join once you apply and get on the waitlist, ESPECIALLY if you do not live within the boundaries of the Huntley Hills neighborhood.

• New members pay a one-time initiation fee of $1250.    (This fee is waived for all new members ages 65 or older. However, all members in the household MUST meet this age requirement in order for the fee to be waived.)

Ready to join the Waitlist? There is a $50 non-refundable application processing fee.

Membership Application Fee

– TRIPLE PLUS (3 or more in a household): $725
– DOUBLE (2 people in a household): $625
– SINGLE (1 person in a household):  $575
– GOLDEN (members for 30+ years): $362.50

**For 2023 you can earn back up to $50 of your membership dues by volunteering at our club. For each hour volunteered by a member of your household, you can earn $10 back (up to a possible total of $50 per household membership). SO SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER!

• The annual deadline for membership renewal is March 15th.

• If you renew after March 15 there is a $75 late fee. If you contact us to renew after March 15 we cannot guarantee that your membership spot will still be available to you.

• Returning members can renew easily and securely online via our membership renewal website and PayPal. (Checks no longer supported.)

• Starting January 1st, we send out multiple renewal reminders via email before the deadline on March 15.

• If your membership lapses for a year or more and you wish to re-join the Club you will have to get on the wait list.
