Huntley Hills Swim and Tennis Club is proud to be offering three levels of swim lessons.
Each student will sign up for one week of lessons at a time. Due to instructor availability, only weekly schedules are available at this time.
Private or One-on-one – Ideal for our youngest swimmers (aged 3 and above) or those wanting to get more comfortable in the water. The goals of this class are to put face in water, blow bubbles, be comfortable on the back, learning proper kicking technique, and prone and back floating.
We will offer two levels – three days a week or two days a week
Group Lesson- Three students per single instructor. Ideal for swimmers who are more comfortable in the water and able to touch bottom in the shallow end of the pool. The goal is to build on skills the child already has and move them into more coordinated swimming. The lesson will focus on proper flutter kick technique, move from bouncing off bottom into prone swimming position, obtaining breath while swimming without touching bottom, and other skills as appropriate.
Advanced and Lessons by Appointment– Individualized instruction with year round competitive swimmer. Designed for swim team members to get specific help with stroke technique, starts, and turns. Scheduling will be done on an as-needed basis. This offering will consist of two 25 minute sessions with the instructor during the week for $70.
